In 2005 the Italian Cultural Institute in Chicago inaugurated the show Emilio Vedova with series of small works chosen directly by the artist. The show then travelled to the Italian Institutes of Toronto, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York.
In the same year the exhibition Nono-Vedova Diario di bordo was inaugurated at the Auditorium of Music in Rome; the exhibition was then held at Teatro La Fenice in Venice.
Vedova exhibited work in Informale. Jean Dubuffet e l’arte europea 1945-1970 at the Foro Boario in Modena.
In December 2006 a solo show was held at the Galleria Salvatore Ala in Milan with the installation of several historic works from the 1950s to the 1990s.
